MUST Ministries is a powerful, volunteer-driven organization. The organization focuses on the basic needs of individuals, families, and children through several different programs, such as food, clothing, housing, employment, and more. Our Marietta office had the opportunity to volunteer at the organization’s donation center.
During our time at the facility, we received the opportunity to sort and prepare linens, food items, and clothing that would be sent out for distribution. This was a great event for not only performing community service work, but also to encourage team building within our firm and strengthen leadership skills. We also saw a boost in interdepartmental engagement by having employees from several different GDS departments volunteer and work together towards a great cause. We had a great time serving our community and cannot wait for the next opportunity.
